About CMJ Acupuncture
Hello and welcome to CMJ Acupuncture. My name is Caroline Jung.
Through practicing Chinese medicine for the last 16 years, I have witnessed the healing that this time honored medicine can provide for many illnesses. Chinese medicine is a holistic approach to your health. Treating your mind, body and spirit all together. By working with you for your healthcare goals, I create a custom treatment plan that focuses on your body’s current health condition including preventative measures. Along with acupuncture and lifestyle recommendations, your course of treatment may include cupping, moxibustion, tui na, and Chinese herbs. Acupuncture and these modalities integrate with one another and allied healthcare treatments to create your optimal well being.

The use of acupuncture has been shown to effectively treat many types of conditions. In 2003 the World Health Organization (WHO) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) released a report called “Acupuncture: Review and Analysis of Reports on Controlled Clinical Trials.” Below is a list of the conditions mentioned in said report.

My journey with Caroline began when I was suffering from crippling cubital tunnel syndrome nearly 15 years ago. My doctor told me I had intense nerve damage and recommended painkillers, steroid injections and invasive surgery. Instead, I decided to try acupuncture. Within weeks, not only was my pain gone, I had full mobility back in my arm/hand and I never needed any of the traditional medical recommendations.
From my first consultation with Caroline, I knew I had met a practitioner who was incredibly knowledgeable and caring. She took the time to understand who I was as a person (my lifestyle, stressors, issues), not just my medical history. Not only did she resolve my initial issue, her tailored treatments resolved multiple others – migraines, menstrual cramps and ultimately – infertility.
As the sessions progressed, I found out that I had stage 4 endometriosis and would require IVF to get pregnant. Caroline was there for me – as my practitioner and, by then, a dear friend. She wrapped me in care with her mind-body-spirit alignment approach and I will tell anyone who will listen that without her treatment, I would not have my daughter today.
